Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Check our Shipping Information page for more details.

- Do I have to pay any custom charges? 
Usually you don't have to pay any customs charges, but that will depend on the value of your items and your country. This is unfortunately something we have no control over and any charges will have to be paid by you. We also have to mention that we bear no responsibility if your items are delayed due to customs.

- Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in USD. Values displayed in currencies other than USD, are just an estimate based on the latest exchange rates. Even though your cart will be displayed in your preferred currency, the price will change in USD at the checkout. 

- I ordered more than one items but haven't received all of them together!
Don't you worry about a thing! We collaborate with different manufacturers for various products, so we can't always guarantee you will get them all together. Each manufacturer has different process for handling orders, which means items might ship at different times. We try to package all items together but sometimes that is not possible. Relax... your items are on their way!

- I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address!
Please Contact Us as soon as possible with your details, order number, and correct address. If your order has been shipped out by the time you contact us, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. If on the other hand the order has not been shipped, we will make the changes and send your order to the new address provided.

Can I change or cancel my order
You can only do that if your order has not been shipped yet. Just Contact Us with your details, order number, and tell us about the changes you want to make. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to send your items back before having them exchanged or refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
